I'm afraid I don't know the map ref, but the sighting was at about 9am in our garden in Egles Grove, West Park, Uckfield, which backs onto West Park Nature reserve. The Turtle Dove was on the lawn taking food from a ground feeder which held a summer feed mix - cereals, seeds, dried meal worms, suet etc. Sadly, as soon as we had got the camera ready it flew off! I had heard it or other Turtle Doves calling the previous day in the reserve, but hadn't seen them.
