| Sighting Description |
A day spent at Pulborough Brooks in very pleasant weather produced the following of note. In the morning on North Brooks 2 Greenshank and 2 Little Ringed Plovers displaying for over 20 minutes and along the zig zag path a Pied Flycatcher and a Lesser Whitethroat. In the trees by Jupp's View a Spotted Flycatcher. In the afternoon there were two Hobbies quartering over South Brooks while a Red Kite drifted over high heading north. Five Nightingales identified. Several Yellowhammers, Blackcaps and Common Whitethroats round the trail. Six Common Buzzards soaring over the Downs. |
