| Sighting Description |
Very little around school today except 1 Yellow Wagtail flying low over in a PE lesson. At the Salts a flock of 20 or more Yellow Wagtails flew over, and on Seaford Beach 8 resting Commic Terns (looked a lot like Arctic but I couldn't be certain) and a Wheatear. At Newhaven Tide Mills all I saw at first were 4 Curlew flying towards the Ouse Estuary, 3 Commic Terns (probably Common this time) and 3 Kittiwakes, but a look in the scrub revealed 9 Wheatears, 2 Whinchats and 2 Whitethroats, oh and I also learned the hard way how challenging cycling along shingle is! |
