Just to add to all the other postings for this day, I saw four Egyptian geese on the north brooks at 09.30. I think they were juveniles as they were dull and lacked the dark eye surround of adults. Also a cuckoo by the north brooks on the other side of the Arun and a flock of 50+ starlings by a meadow on the near side. A singing sedge warbler by the river. At wiggonholt a pair of treecreepers.
