Ferry Pool at Pagham had a nice selection of waders - maybe 200 dunlin, redshank, spotted redshank, lapwing, 3 common sandpipers plus a couple of very odd looking ducks which on research look remarkably similar to two posted on Bird Forum in 2009 - a female Cape shelduck and a probable Cape x Australian shelduck hybrid. Must be here for the Olympics?
