A pair of Great Black-backed Gulls have nested on the centre raft on Slipper Millpond, Emsworth for the first time ever. Three chicks hatched on May 29 and are now starting to move around. Very good views can be obtained from the edge of the pond. I attach a digiscoped photo I took of the family this morning.
